Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start your return or exchange request.

  Print Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure a smooth transit back to our warehouse.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the skincare products in their original packaging to prevent damage during shipping; include the packing slip inside.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
